Came for a simple mani and ended up trying nail art. No regrets

I don’t usually write reviews, but I really wanted to share how happy I am. From the second I walked in, I just felt comfortable. The space is clean and cozy. The staff is super friendly. My stylist truly listened to me and made sure I was happy with everything along the way. I’ll be definitely coming back and recommending this place to my friends!☺️

Extremely disappointed. I came in with a very clear reference photo and paid extra for chrome powder to achieve that specific look. What I received was completely different and very poorly executed. The nail structure is extremely thick underneath, uneven, bulky and not delicate at all. The shape was visibly crooked, to the point that I had to spend over an hour at home filing my nails myself after the appointment just to make them wearable. The chrome powder did not apply properly (it barely shows), and instead of fixing it, it was left as is. The heart designs were rough, sloppy and far from the delicate look shown in the reference. The technician was 30 minutes late and clearly rushed through my appointment, which resulted in a careless service. Being late is not the client’s problem, especially when the client is paying $160 for a premium gel manicure. What makes this even more frustrating is that I’ve been here before and had great results, so I know this level of work is not acceptable for this salon. This was not a minor issue or personal preference, it was poor execution, lack of attention to detail, and no quality control. I am honestly embarrassed to say how much I paid for this result. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on this experience.
