AVA High Line

Great place to live. Everyone that works in the building is very friendly. Cameron and Angel came to my apartment to assist with a maintenance request and were very helpful. Building is in a good location. It close to Hudson Yards and many restaurants nearby.

AVA High Line is an awesome place to be! Madison help us a lot, we deeply appreciated what she‘ve done for us! We started to contact her by mail & phone before we moved from Paris to New York, she did a lot of things for me and my husband. Gerald helps us a lot, he is super friendly and helpful, especially he got great sense of humor. As well as course Hector, Chris, Josh, Peter, Demol and Joseph thank you guys so much, you guys are awesome! You guys make AVA High Line even better! In 2021, Janelle joined us! She is a very kind lady , helpful and friendly. Every time we come back, we can’t help talking to her, sharing thing with her. Thank you Janelle, you are awesome! Now we have Adam with us in 2024! Adam is an awesome guy, very friendly and helpful, he solves things efficiently with a positive energy, and humorous personality. We are very grateful to have him around! Our concierge leader Gustavo,he is very kind and always patiently assistance with our things.You guys make AVA high line better! We are deeply grateful to have you guys with us:) Cameron is an exceptionally professional and dedicated maintenance engineer. He shared many important insights and practical details with us, which were incredibly helpful—especially when it came to emergency procedures and troubleshooting. His expertise, patience, and commitment make a tremendous difference to our building. We truly couldn’t do without him. He’s simply the best!

My experience with the AVA High Line team has been excellent. I found my new home quite by chance while walking by and decided to ask about the place. I met a very kind lady, Talia Watkins, who assisted me from start to finish, being very responsive and helpful. The move was smooth because the AVA HL team organized everything efficiently. When I moved in, I had some requests, all of which were handled professionally by the maintenance teams. The building is very clean and cozy, with a good amount of space and storage, which is a bonus. Its proximity to the subway, shops, and grocery stores needs no mention. I definitely plan to stay here long-term.
