in the last weekVery disappointing experience, especially for a restaurant at this price point. When we walked in, there were three hostesses standing at the front who all looked at each other confused instead of greeting or welcoming us. It immediately felt awkward and unprofessional. We were a party of three, clearly there to dine, yet no one seemed prepared to do their job. After finally being seated, we sat for nearly 20 minutes without a single server acknowledging us, bringing water, or even checking in. I had to get up myself and ask the host stand who our waitress was because we had still not been seen. Even then, the staff seemed completely unsure of who was handling our table. We were told someone would be right over, went back and sat down, and still continued to be ignored. At that point we chose to leave. The front staff spent more time giggling amongst themselves than paying attention to guests, and the entire atmosphere felt disorganized, rude, and careless. For an establishment charging upscale prices, the level of service was shockingly poor. Would not recommend based on customer service alone.
