in the last weekI would not recommend Bistro 303 Prime Cuisine based on our experience. We stopped in for lunch and unfortunately had a very disappointing visit from beginning to end. It took approximately 30 minutes just to receive our drinks, and when our food arrived, the soup was served cold. The drinks were also poorly made, yet we were still required to pay for both the drinks and the cold soup before leaving. The most concerning part of our experience happened when my coworker went to the restroom. There was water on the floor that appeared to have been spilled while the waitress was pouring water into glasses. My coworker slipped and fell. What was especially upsetting was that no one asked whether she was okay or seemed concerned about her fall. She requested to speak with a manager but was told there was no manager on duty. She was given a phone number to contact a manager, but the number turned out to be incorrect. She then made multiple calls to the restaurant trying to speak with someone in management and repeatedly was told that a manager was unavailable. Bad food or slow service can happen anywhere, but the lack of concern after a customer slipped and fell, followed by the difficulty in reaching management, was unacceptable. Between the 30-minute wait for drinks, cold soup, poor drinks, safety issue, and lack of management response, this was an extremely disappointing experience.
