I absolute loved the atmosphere and vibe here—everything was just right! The food was wonderful overall. One small suggestion for the seafood tower: the mussels would be even better if you used New Zealand mussels. They are much plumper and taste amazing, and the cost is quite reasonable. The shells are a bit larger, so they might take up a bit more room on the platter, but the flavor upgrade would be well worth it. All in all, a fantastic dining experience!

Basically, food is amazing. The waitress is also very good. However I found a long black strand of hair mid-meal in my entree. They promptly took it back and remade it. Accidents happen, I get it. But the issue is they didn't offer to comp the dish or provide a free dessert or something. Look I don't think I'm asking for anything outrageous here. if you're charging $60+ per entree, you better do a great job of making sure there isn't a hair, or at least provide a great experience for your customer if accidents like this happen. Provide some type of good faith gesture and comp a $10 dessert or whatever...not like I really need to eat it, but it's the gesture. I'm not vengeful so not going to give it a 1 star or something ridiculous. But in the end, the experience was tainted because of that.
