2 weeks agoValentines day menu was disappointing. There overflow dining area had all the charm of a motel 6 lobby. I've had cotton balls in my mouth with more flavor than their chicken. My date's steak wasn't bad but for 50 bucks.. there's far better options out there..

3 months agoThe Thanksgiving buffet experience was disappointing due to several shortcomings. The limited options and exorbitant prices, primarily for what amounted to deli turkey and no other meat options, were not justified. Furthermore, the service charge of 20% was not disclosed until the bill was presented. The wait for drinks and refills was excessively long, and the plate clearing process was inefficient. Additionally, the servers’ lack of teamwork was evident and the majority of the staff unfriendly and unprofessional.
