I have given them so many tries to get it right but it’s always the same situation. I get a $60 car wash I’m not expecting a detail. But I’m at least expecting it to be vacuumed and my dash wiped down. But this is the 3rd separate time that I have to send it back to get it re done. I’m not trying to be a Karen but if you’re gonna wash your car here expect to still get into a dirty car and have them redo it.

Consistently disappointing for the price. This used to be my go-to car wash for several months, and I even had a monthly membership before finally canceling due to declining service. They seem to favor high-end vehicles while neglecting regular cars. Yesterday, I paid $55 for a wash, only to find they didn't even wipe down the interior or vacuum properly—there was still visible debris left on the seats. To get a basic interior wipe-down, you have to jump to a $100 package. On top of that, staff flat out refused to clear the leaves from under my hood because "they don't do that," which is incredibly frustrating for customers who don't feel comfortable popping their own hoods. Definitely not worth the price for the sub-par service you actually receive.

California Hand Wash is the best car wash I have experienced in Alpharetta over the past three years. Have been taking my car there regularly for the last two years, and they have consistently maintained excellent standards without a single miss. I highly recommend them for their quality service, attention to detail, and dependable results. Kudos to the entire team, keep up the great work!
