a month agoAs a fan of Route 66, this is one of most favorite places to stop when I'm in Barstow. Every time I'm in town, my wife and I stop by and they never disappoint. Plus, they have vegetarian options! UPDATE April 9, 2026: Even though I have reviewed Chiquita Rosita's before, I felt compelled to add to it on my latest visit. My wife and I love this place. We've loved their food from the first time we ever visited their original location. We were so sad at the time when we heard they had closed that location. But we were, and are, delighted that they opened a new location. I can't say enough good things about it. Their aren't enough stars to adequately rate my review. I sometimes wish I lived closer, but my wife and I visit every single time we visit Barstow. I recommend Chiquita Rosita's to anyone who is reading my review wholeheartedly. Delicious food. Beautiful people. What's not to love.
