2 weeks agoThe only thing I could possibly complain about was how long it takes to get an appointment! That’s the problem with providing excellent service, everyone wants to use you! The pre-appointment communication is great, I got frequent updates and reminders. The technician was professional and personable. He explained what he was looking for, described the cause of the issue (shoddy work by initial installer) and explained the repair. Based on how much work he put in, I was thinking the invoice would be about 50% more than it was. I can’t recommend Colorado Sprinkler Repair highly enough.
