[Dont expect anything too crazy] but I appreciate this place for its simplicity and small environment that makes it seem more private. Although the washing space may seem small, when you go in less busy hours, it seems more private than anything else. At the price of 30 dollars, which is 20 dollars cheaper than avg sauna prices, as well as how their inside jjimjilbang is very compact and good. I love their charcoal room especially.

I visited Crystal Spa on July 19 at 1:30 p.m. to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately, it was the worst spa experience I’ve ever had. From the beginning of my massage until the end, the treatment room was unbearably hot. I repeatedly told my therapist I was too hot and having difficulty breathing. He later acknowledged that the A/C was broken. At the same time, a large group watching the World Cup in the room next door screamed and cheered throughout my entire massage. This wasn’t occasional noise—it lasted for the full session. I came to a spa for a peaceful, relaxing experience, not what sounded like a sports bar. My daughter was there for a facial at the same time and experienced the same excessive heat and constant noise, so this wasn’t isolated to my treatment. To make matters worse, my massage ended about 10 minutes early. When I expressed my disappointment at the front desk, I was simply told, “It’s the finals.” Afterward, I contacted the spa directly to give them an opportunity to address the situation before posting publicly. They never responded. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I think people should know what our experience was. If the A/C is broken and a major sporting event is creating constant noise next to the treatment rooms, customers should be informed beforehand and given the option to reschedule. That would have been the professional way to handle it.

The only reason I’ve been coming here for so long was for the acupressure, but... the staff at the counter are incredibly unfriendly... especially the man with the large glasses and the other woman standing with him; they are truly unpleasant. Leaving aside basic manners for customers, their attitude was as if they were treating me like someone they held a grudge against. I will never go back to this place again.

I will never go anywhere else :) so calm and good food. Be sure to try the gym too :)
