a month agoTerrible pharmacy. They say they close at 1:30pm for lunch, but if you arrive at 1:24 they say they are closed even though they are doing nothing. They also say if you have complaints or want to work something out you can send them a letter through snail mail. This is a horrible pharmacy. Very rude, very slow, and not helpful. Most of the workers are condescending, rude, and unhelpful. Read what people say. I think the only positive reviews are from the workers.

3 months agoThe pharmacy team is excellent at this location. 3 of them have saved me with some expert insights. They flagged and explained an outdated / inappropriate medication prescribed for BP testing and also suggested a more effective migraine medication to try based on my complex profile. I brought that info to my medical teams and they approved both med suggestions which were then successful for me. I always consult this pharmacy team before starting any new medication now. The staff overall has always been very nice at this store and helpful as well. They gave my child with special needs extra care and consideration when he was panicking and refusing his flu shot. They were creative and effective with a solution that worked. I have never tried the drive through option (as that is for rushed non complex needs) and always go inside to talk face to face with the team. I find them fast clear and thorough. I highly recommend this CVS location.

5 months agoNever have I encountered such rude and unhelpful pharmacists in my life. Went through the drive through to ask about a covid test and was told to go inside. I go inside and ask for a mask before I start talking (because I want to respect others health) and was responded to with such attitude and eye rolling. The pharmacists on staff were looking at me like I was crazy and like they had never heard the words Covid before. Additionally, no one could clarify if in fact they provided covid tests and consultations from the pharmacists.
