I had the opportunity to receive classes with teacher Patricia Pedraza and from the first day her pedagogy to teach English was great, her patience and her search through different methods to understand each chapter of the books was the key for me to understand, write and speak this language. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, MY FAVORITE TEACHER. You are a person with a beautiful heart.
I came in on Tuesday, March 31, because my son had a class scheduled for 5 p.m. Five minutes before class, I told him to walk in and wait for them to come get him. The owner came out and asked us to please wait until 5 p.m., so we did. When we returned exactly at 5 p.m., the owner told me my son had gone in yelling — which is absolutely not true — and said they would no longer be able to see him. This experience was extremely unprofessional. My son was in tears, and the owner showed no concern at all. I would not recommend this business to anyone considering it; their behavior was rude and lacking empathy.
I ended up paying 900 bucks for 4 classes. I stopped going there because I didn’t like the instructor’s approach to teaching Spanish for a beginner. He was always finishing the classes early and just asking me to read after him. They were not accommodating either. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a beginner.
Paty is an absolutely amazing Spanish teacher. I’m so graceful for her. La mejor profesora de español en Texas!
