Had the flavors I was looking for (which are common ones, but I have been to a Yogurtland that hasn’t had them), and even sampling cups! 2 weeks agoTheir yogurt texture is more ice than it is creamy. The flavors taste synthetic like it's just pure syrup that you're adding to your cup of ice, instead of real ingredients. Also, they don't accept cash.

3 months agoWent on a rainy day and after going to the counter with 4 cups full the associate working told us we don't get the rainy day discount because it wasn't 'rainy-rainy'. What does that even mean? It's not about the discount, nor about the product, but rather the spirit of the principle set out by the brand to develop customer loyalty and that is undermined by said behavior
