It’s always a treat to visit the Hermosa Beach location with the sweetest people. Eris did my laser hair removal today and she was so pleasant and thorough. Looking forward to completing all my treatments!

I had my first laser appointment with Rose and she was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She explained everything clearly, checked in with me throughout the appointment, and made sure I was okay the entire time. I was honestly nervous going in, but I didn’t experience any pain at all. Her professionalism, kindness, and gentle approach made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’m so glad I had her for my first session I highly recommend Rose!

The ladies here are all super warm and friendly, literally the best. I’ve especially enjoyed Rose. She is always sooo sweet and never fails to make me feel super comfortable during any of the procedures/services.
