3 months agoI wish I could leave a zero star review. Last night I went to get Yogurtland with my elderly mother and while she didn’t plan to get anything I saw the “RAINY DAY SPECIAL BOGO 50% OFF” and so she decided to get a cup as well. While we were checking out we noticed it seemed a little pricy even though we expected the 50% off of one. We asked if that included the rainy day special and the worker looked at us with a rude glare saying “well you’re supposed to ask before I ring you up”. Now how on gods green earth was I supposed to know to ask about a deal????? This information was not even posted on the sign on the door. My mother then complained saying to re-ring us up but she gave us a hard time. She then got her manager or someone else in charge and she didn’t even hear us out or anything just saying “we can’t do that”. When we tried to fight for our money back they asked us if we got a receipt, which we were never even offered, when we purchased it and other questions. While our ice cream was melting, another group of two grown men asked if their check out included the BOGO, she glared at them saying “you have to ask before I ring you up”. However, she re-rang them up with the correct amount but gave us a hard time??? This is clearly discriminatory against women and elderly women at that. In the end we never got our money back because it was too frustrating and our ice cream was half way melted. There was also about 6 flavors either not available or ran out mid way through filling my bowl. I will NOT be coming here again and just driving a little farther to a different yogurtland. This is my second bad experience with this specific store. I hope whoever runs this store gets their employees in check because this is getting ridiculous.

3 months agoTwice in a row now I have had a terrible experience at this location, it’s a shame to be so close to it and now want to drive further just to not deal with the staff here. Showing up to be glared at by the staff just for walking in is absurd. We arrive well before closing time just to be greeted with rude employees and have all our questions ignored. Upon paying and thanking the employee despite their rude behavior they completely ignored us and turned their back to us before we even had a chance to finish thanking them. I’m not sure who manages expectations here but there is no reason the store should be such an unfriendly atmosphere and the employees should surely not be closing the store an hour beforehand and be blatantly disrespectful to clients. On top of these issues the toppings are never filled whether it’s 2pm or 8pm and the yogurt is always out of service. Ridiculous. Even more ridiculous is them completely ignoring the rainy day coupon posted on the door, charging us incorrectly when it’s pouring outside and then saying we should’ve mentioned something prior to paying which is either false advertising or management telling them to overcharge customers. Will not be returning to this particular location.
