in the last weekWe visited on 5/23/26 and probably will not be back. I will start by saying that our server, Adelynn, was working a large group at the same time as our table, but this is when the manager on duty (who was walking around looking confused most of the hour and 42 minutes we were there) should have stepped in to assist her. We arrived at 9:05 and were seated by 9:10. Our food arrived at 9:59. Another couple arrived, got their food, and were tabbing out AS OUR FOOD ARRIVED. The server, instead of apologizing for the delay, simply said "I hope it is worth the wait." A simple apology for the wait would have been more appropriate. The food was OK. At least it was hot, but that also leads me to believe she forgot to put in our order. The Eddie Burger was good. The experience overall was awful. There are too many options around for them to gamble around with poor service.
