in the last weekCustomer service is so important! First impressions are long lasting. First time here. Friday. Arrived at opening. A man (tall light skin with mustache and goatee, white Nike hat) was at counter. Not personable or helpful at all! We didn’t know how things worked and when we asked, he looked bothered. I had to tell him that it was our first time and to give us some Grace. Speaking to another customer, I guess rudeness is a standard. I’m not impressed.

in the last weekThe park areas are great but the arcade games are a ripoff. Machines took points off the card but then didn't work. I inquired about it only to be given 20 credits, which was one game. So 10 bucks basically got one game. Definitely won't do that again
