I don’t understand why the baby changing table is out in the open when there is plenty of room in the bathroom. They can’t even try to hide it?

While we were here with my granddaughter and her bestie The bouncers are flirting! Not watching our kids like they are being paid to watch them. Once that was reported they were talked to and then the girl walked back and forth with her arms folded on chest not watching the kids still! Finding out that they are hiring 14 to 15-year-olds and not properly training them to be watching the kids. And who are we as customers to pay for our kids to have fun and be safe and be watched while even if we're there why are we paying them if they're not going to watch our kids. While I am the one leaving the review I am NOT the one who acted out. There were other adults there that's saw what was taking place with the bouncers! I cannot reply to the response left by Flippin Family Fun. I have been here before and did not experience anything bad as I did today. I am taken off guard by the behavior of the workers if you are the boss and you are paying youngsters to work then managers need to be watching and keeping them updated on this behavior and correcting it appropriately You can see that I am not the one mouthing or flipping off by looking at the security cameras so don't tag me on it. Keep in mind if you tag my name to it I will get my lawyer involved very fast.

Went there for a friend's birthday. Had an absolute blast. The guy didn't even kick us out. We could have been there all day!!!! He loved us

Kids loved it.

Customer service is great all in all great time for the kiddos. However, cleanliness could be just a little better.
