2 weeks agoSo I'm new to the area and work down the street , the first time I came the pizza was super delicious I dined in. I was happy to find a local spot with several options . So today I placed an online order for wings and pizza , I went to pick it up and when I walked to the counter and a slim man with slightly longer hair continued his (personal ( phone conversation before greeting me . I could tell because he had his air pod in his ear and disconnected the cell to greet me by touching his ear to end the call . No problem , I'm patient , the man proceeds to ask me what I wanted and I explained to him , to pick up an online order. He says ok , give him 5 minutes , this man proceeds to make my pizza and whole doing so he wipes his nose atleast 3 times, to be fair , he used the back of his hand and proceeds to make my pizza. I quietly signal him to come over so I can ask him to change his gloves after the ear touching and nose wiping , he comes over to me with another man who is slightly larger with short hair , they ask why I told him he touched his nose several times , his hear, his phone , . The heavier gentleman apologized and offered to remake my food , I thank the man . The gentleman who initially prepared my order with the dirty hygiene and gloves called me a " Sharmuta" and walked to the back. I was shocked that he called me that slur so effortlessly. When he came back I told him that I spoke three languages and that was one of them, I also have friends who speak Arabic . I will never go there again , all my colleagues who work near there have all agreed not to support this business .
