in the last weekI can’t express how grateful I am for Golden Towing Houston! After waiting for AAA to arrive for 3 hours, we decided to call another towing service. They answered with great customer service and were very up front and honest about the pricing! AAA was going to be so much more expensive and had made me wait so long. Not only did they come quickly, but also cared about my car, making sure it wasn’t damaged. They were patient with me and made sure I was satisfied with the job. I will recommend them to everyone for any towing needs! Overall, great service, great person! Thank you!

2 weeks agoHorrible service. I called and was told my driver would be here between 45mins-1hour. It has been 2 hours and no driver has showed up. I called and the lady pretends she doesn’t hear me and she put me on a hold. I called from a different phone and she was able to answer that call but again put me on a long hold. I called as an unknown caller to get them to pick up my call. Very rude and horrible service. I wouldn’t recommend at all. Avoid this company. They don’t even care about lying to you and making you wait. At least the driver was very friendly.

4 months agoCALL THE POLICE WHEN THIS TOWING COMPANY TAKES YOUR CAR! I WAS ADMITTED IN THE HOSPITAL WHEN THEY TOOK MY CAR FROM THE PARKING LOT I COULDNT AFFORD TO TAKE IT OUT THEY STATED THAT IT BE SENT TO POLICE IMPOUND AND THEY GAVE MY CAR TO SOMEONE AND THEY ARE DRIVING MY CAR AROUND HOUSTON RACKING UP EZ TAG AND VIOLATING TICKETS UNDER MY NAME!!!! IT IS ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF TEXAS FOR THEM TO THAT !!

5 months agoI dont usually leave reviews but these guys deserve it. They handled my classic car with a lot of respect. They assured me everything was scrapped down correctly and demonstrated their procedures. Not a SCRATCH! The lady who answered my dispatch call was also incredibly helpful, all around a good company.
