a month agoAlways on time! Never had to wait for our appointment. The staff are very friendly, and Dr Bona is excellent, my 7 year old had some cavities and she took care of them, he was very nervous and didn’t know what to expect. She made him feel very comfortable, she lets him know what she’s doing and is always checking up on him while doing the procedure. Thank you so much Dr Samantha Bona :) so happy I found this place.

a month agoThe most caring pediatric dentist we’ve ever experienced. My son had a scary pool accident on Labor Day—his friend tossed a heavy water gun that knocked out and broke a large portion of his permanent front tooth, exposing the nerve and embedding a piece in his lip (plus a facial wound needing stitches). Everything was closed, but we reached Dr. Kwon on the emergency line. Despite likely being at a family gathering, she rushed to the office to see us immediately—truly above and beyond! The break was severe: big chunk of tooth gone, nerves exposed. Dr. Kwon performed pulpotomy (removing the damaged pulp), applied a protective treatment to save the tooth, and reattached the fragment expertly. Every other dentist we consulted (including endodontists) said the tooth wouldn’t survive and would need a root canal. We were heartbroken—my son takes such good care of his teeth. But fast forward almost 5 months: the tooth is alive and strong! This outcome is only possible thanks to Dr. Kwon’s incredible professional expertise and rushing in on that holiday. True lifesaver! 🌟 Before Grace Dental, we were with Little Xxxxx Pediatric Dentistry, a highly rated office nearby on Middlefield. When my son had a major infection and needed his baby tooth to be seen urgently, they refused to see him, saying they were busy, and just told us to ‘get antibiotics at the hospital.’ Night-and-day difference. We’re forever grateful we switched to the kindest, most professional team. Highly recommend Grace Dental!
