Go here if you’d like to get 4-5 inches cut off when you originally only wanted your tips being cut. I specifically told the lady I wanted to keep the length but add short layers. My hair used to be past my waist and now its longest part touches my mid upper back. It took me years to grow my long beautiful hair and the woman did the complete opposite. Despite that, she didn’t even do any short layers. Not even the curtain bangs I asked for.
