The entire process was smooth and professional, and they took the time to answer all of my questions, which really put me at ease. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Jennifer for her incredible kindness and support. She was so patient, reassuring, and attentive throughout the entire experience, and it truly made a difference. Her compassion and positive energy helped calm my nerves and made the whole process feel much less intimidating. I’m so grateful to the TLC team and couldn’t be happier with my experience.
