Quick and easy to get a unit. Very friendly and unit is clean. Only issue we had was ice build up at the edge of unit, we had to chisel it away to get the door open.

The rates was great, The customer service was great but they're so disorganized and really don't know what the hell they're doing.

Helped clean out a storage unit auction unit that was absolutely packed to the max with trash. Was not easy handling the scale of it. The manager allowed us more time (xtra days), but seemed all super mad and irritated about the issue. Not directly, but almost. Anger is an issue
