1 month agoMy son came up to visit me being that I just moved up to Black Canyon City and I haven't had a chance to really hit all of the trails. So today we decided to hit this Trail along with my dog, and it was quite warm for a late December day and there wasn't very many people on the trail at all, and it's a very well-maintained Trail and void of any Trash you know what would really be cool on this Trail is some little markers along the trail getting information about the different types of rocks and cacti and a little information about the geographical area and maybe what significance it has.

2 years agoGreat hiking/biking trail. Gradual elevation changes, intermediate to hard mountain biking trail. It's a very tight trial with some decent drops in some places. It's a great ride or hike with beautiful views and wildlife.

1 year agoBeautiful scenery and not too difficult. There aren't very many people out there and the stream was peaceful to sit by. Only made it about 2 mi in. Definitely plan on going back and going deeper. The only downside was the shooting range off in the distance that you could hear.

2 years agoWent here recently while visiting family, it really showed the beauty of the Arizona terrain. Dress and pack appropriately as you'll be right under the sun, but the views you get to see are totally worth the trip. I would love to go back some day.
