in the last weekWhile there were a few positives during my stay, particularly the convenient location and the friendliness of the staff, the overall experience was disappointing. I would especially like to recognize Dariel, who went above and beyond while managing a significant check-in rush by herself around 6:00 PM on August 13. Unfortunately, the accommodations felt severely outdated. The beds were uncomfortably firm, the pillows were too soft, and the pullout sofa was extremely uncomfortable. While the in-suite kitchen was convenient, its functionality was limited, as the microwave and refrigerator were the only truly useful appliances. The outdoor amenities were attractive and well-maintained, but the extreme summer heat made them difficult to enjoy. Of course, this is not the property's fault. The indoor amenities, however, left much to be desired. Breakfast options were limited, and some of the hot items appeared undercooked. The fact that the evening social is only offered on Wednesdays feels like a missed opportunity to better utilize the space and enhance the guest experience. The pool area was consistently occupied by young children, making it difficult for adults to enjoy. Some hotels offer adult-only hours later in the evening, which would be a welcome addition. I was also surprised that the property does not have a hot tub. Additionally, the fitness center is very basic and appears overdue for a significant upgrade. Overall, while I appreciated the staff and location, I would likely consider other lodging options if I return to the area in the future.

2 weeks agoRoom smelled like cigarettes! As a non-smoker I found this truly nauseating. This was surprising too, since to my understanding the hotel should be smoke-free. Furthermore the interior is dated, the bathtub slippery, and many small things that need to be fixed. We had a 1 Bedroom Suite, and it just felt neglected. Check-in and check-out was efficient.

3 weeks agoFrom the food to the clean rooms to the outdoor games this place was amazing. I have to say tho one of my favorite things here was during the night when id go buy a drink and the worker named Gerald would be down there at the counter and we'd always talk for a bit. He's so chill and makes me smile and very respectful. You guys gotta get this man a raise!
