in the last weekThis is a lovely hotel!! Great location, friendly and helpful staff, free breakfast and wine hour!! The rooms are great too, i love the divide doors that separate the sleeping area from the bathroom! I only have four stars for the rooms because my room specifically did not have an actual window.

in the last weekCustomer service here was terrible: there was an issue with the AC unit in my room, I asked 6 times over the course of 3 days for them to look at it, and they kept saying it was "working fine" without seeming to notice that my room was perpetually warm and stuffy. Eventually I found the manual for the unit online and fixed it myself (it had been configured so the temperature could not be adjusted). Hotel is clean and in a great location downtown. The rooms are ok (the entrance to my room was through the bathroom for some reason). But if you have any problems though it seems like the front desk / maintenance will not help.

a month agoI loved my stay here, it is convenient and reasonably priced for a downtown location. Nice breakfast and perks like gym set delivered to your room and a free bicycle to commute around the city

a month agoWas very impressed with the room for a solo traveler for the price I paid. Check in took less than 3 minutes. Room was small but very new and clean. Everything I needed was there, the layout was efficient. Might be a little small for 2 people, but for a solo traveler who needed an extremely convenient location where I could walk to everything I needed, and where everything was fresh and clean, with nice amenities, I was surprised by the value for the money. Will definitely stay here again on future visits to this neighborhood.

a month agoMy girlfriend has been harassed and verbally attacked by the front desk staff member. Owners should take measures to prevent hiring such individuals.
