I have lived in this building for three years . I cant tell you how wonderful the staff are , how clean the building is and how fast they help solve problems in your suit.An angel works as our property manager (Samantha)and always greets and helps everyone in all the ways that she can .

My fiancé and I have been living here for over 2 years, we are nitpicking people by nature, but we can confidently say that this building meets the gold standard in every category. Today we needed our entire fridge replaced, since the old one died unfortunately. One of the maintenance people, Herbert Cayunda, brought us a brand new fridge and installed it in under 45 minutes. He also made sure to pay close attention to trimming the baseboards to make sure it fit properly and even caulking the remaining gaps. I’ve never experienced attention to detail or efficiency this great with any other tradesperson inside or outside of a rental building. He’s also dealt with smaller fixes in our apartment in the past and no complaints. Always comes within 24 hours of the request, too. So hats off! And of course a shout-out to Samantha at reception, she’s always wonderful to talk to and somehow has the talent of memorizing everyone’s names in the building, it’s spectacular! The security people are also a pleasure to deal with. Move here! It’s your best option really!

I lived in this building for a year and overall had a good experience. The units are clean, maintenance is always done on time, and management hosts lots of great community events. The main issue for me was noise from a daycare in the unit right across from mine. Every afternoon it got very loud when parents were picking up their kids. I reported it, but after a long investigation, management of the time didn’t really take action and the issue was never resolved.

The building itself is great ! But disappointed about the management. Front desk building admin Samantha sometimes is rude. Elevator breaks often.

I am very happy to be living at 105 Harrison Garden Blvd for my second year. The management team is excellent, and I especially want to thank Isabelle Roizin for her patience and her quick, helpful responses to all my emails. She supported me with everything I needed, and I’m truly satisfied with the service I received. Highly recommended!
