in the last weekVery disappointed with our experience today at Let’s Play Birmingham. Around 3:40 PM, my 3-year-old son got excited seeing a Ninja Turtle character dancing and tried to approach the dance floor. Instead of someone politely telling us the area was reserved for a birthday party, an older woman physically grabbed him by the arms and pushed him away. What bothered me most was the lack of response from the staff after I reported it. No parent expects another adult to put their hands on their child like that, especially in a place designed for kids and families. We have visited many times before without issues, which makes this even more frustrating. I hope management takes situations like this more seriously in the future.

4 weeks agoThey are completely ripping you off. 22 bucks for 1 child to play, nothing included. And theyre charging you more when you swipe a card. Ask them about it. Even their own employees agree, and say theyve mentioned this to the owner.....he just doesnt care.

a month agoWe had a blast, the staff was super friendly, they let all the children dance with the characters regardless if they were in the parties, they had a cotton candy machine, many snacks, drinks, and every kid was smiling including my bday girl, we had so much fun and will be back again

a month agoIf I am being completely honest, I don't think it was worth the money paid and it felt very rushed. The party was booked for 2 hours and it felt more like one hour.
