in the last weekGreat springs for an amazing price! $35 for all day or $30 for just at night I love it here! Hoping to stay in a cabin one day

a week agoWe arrived for a two-night stay and the room was clearly never cleaned. The bed was messy and the room was dirty. Staff tried to move us to another room in the hotel section, but that room was also unclean. We ended up canceling our reservation after driving a long distance to get there. We went to Mount Princeton Hot Springs instead, where we were immediately given a clean room. Very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and service at Cottonwood Hot Springs.

3 weeks agoMy wife and I have been up 5 times now and have liked it. However pricing is out of touch with reality. Out last time up the heater was out and water was cold. They still charged us full price. Wife sat there shivering in the hottest pool. The entire pool of customers were really annoyed at the audacity. It was obvious they had some people coming in and out working on the heaters. Respectfully if you know the pools are very cool and you're working to fix it, at minimum, notify your customers before paying and then offer a massive discount as they are not there to sit in cold water. Instead it was the latter. I say heaters because I'm positive this is not a deep heated spring/sulfur spring but heated water from the river. Regardless, we're now extremely hesitant to come again for lack of respect to my time and dollar. LAST VISIT WAS 11/7/25. I'd like my money back thank you.

3 weeks agoHad an epic time! Even with new ownership and them trying to work through that with a small staff, they were on top of cleaning rooms and the pools. Questions anyone had were answered. And Theo was an amazing person to interact with! He helped with questions, laughter, and genuine customer service. Give that man a raise.

3 weeks agoCottonwood Springs feels incredibly homey and beautifully serene. The organic, natural approach to hospitality is truly impeccable—every detail feels intentional, warm, and grounding. It’s especially a meaningful place for us, as it’s where my husband and I took our very first getaway together. A special place that holds both beauty and heart. Please do not close down!
