a week agoSkip the resorts – Elk Mountain Lodge is the spot in Crested Butte! Super friendly staff, amazing included breakfast, fresh baked cookies, and it’s literally a 1-minute walk to the center of town. I stayed here for a work trip but now I’m already planning a ski trip just so I can come back. Seriously such a great place.

2 weeks agoElk Mountian Lodge is spectacular! I had an incredible stay. The breakfast in the morning was so nice as well. The space is so clean and cozy. We met a few other people staying which was delightful. Stay here!

3 weeks agoCouldn’t have asked for a better stay. Elk Mountain Lodge is in a prime location, close walking distance to plenty of great bars/restaurants and the town shuttle with easy access to the resort. Clean rooms, incredibly kind and welcoming staff, amazing breakfasts, lovely views, and the coolest little private bar. Really can’t beat it. If we ever make our way back to Crested Butte, we will certainly be staying here again. Thank you for everything!

4 weeks agoStaying in an historic lodging house, small rooms are to be expected. The room was quiet, very clean, and had enough space for two of us and a dog to be comfortable. I love the simplicity and vintage feel, it’s cozy and warm and inviting. The Inn has beautiful common spaces and is located very close to the main drag, the entire town is walkable from here and the ski area is only a ten minute drive. But what made our stay so special were the lovely folks who work here. Great home cooked breakfast, cookies for late night snacking, coffee and tea around the clock. Just a really beautiful, serene spot to kick back after a busy day of adventuring. Highly recommend!

a month agoWhat a great local place to stay. Everyone was super friendly and got to meet new people while staying here. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! I will definitely be coming back! I didn’t get much time to explore but they offer so many options to explore the town. Not to mention walking distance to the local shops and amazing food! 🤍
