in the last weekFomos ao Lola em Seattle e tivemos uma experiência muito boa. A proposta mediterrânea/greco-americana aparece bem nos pratos, principalmente pelo uso de vegetais frescos, ervas, acidez e combinações mais leves. O grande destaque foi a Jackie’s Greek Salad, que foi excelente. Muito fresca, com pepino, tomate, cebola roxa, azeitona, menta e feta. Uma salada simples na ideia, mas muito bem equilibrada e cheia de sabor. Também provamos a Marinated Beet Salad, que é mais adocicada e diferente, com beterraba, nozes e creme com mel. Gostei bastante, embora seja um prato mais específico para quem gosta de beterraba como protagonista. O Washington Chicken Kebab estava bem feito, com frango macio, iogurte, dill e cebolas tostadas, trazendo bastante frescor. Já o Hanger Steak tinha uma carne muito saborosa e suculenta, mas o molho pode ser um pouco intenso para quem prefere sabores mais suaves. No geral, o Lola é um restaurante muito bom, com pratos leves, ingredientes de qualidade e uma cozinha com personalidade. Nota: 8,4/10.
