in the last weekSo GOOD!!! From the friendly greetings and smiles to the yummy food and atmosphere it was amazing! I had the 2 meat meal so I chose a pork chop and catfish strips! The best catfish I have had! I also had collard greens and sweet potatoes with cornbread! Everything was perfect. I had the Godfather of Soul drink which was great too! My husband had the stuffed Turkey Leg which looked amazing and a lot to eat. He thought it was salty. I would highly recommend!!!

in the last weekFantastic. Was passing through Springfield and decided to check it out. Was very surprised. Had their fried shrimp with fries and macaroni. It was delicious. And their cornbread.......the best I have ever had! It was moist, buttery, it was perfect. Highly recommended.

in the last weekWhat a downtown gem! You can taste the home cooked love in every bite. I don't have a single complaint and if I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. I got the catfish and it's every bit of what they say it is and the Mac n cheese is actually good and I can understand why it's award winning. I look forward to my next meal here. 💙🌻
