in the last weekTo say the staff is rude is an understatement, the cashier actually swatted my hand when I reached for a straw at the pickup counter. Guarding the utensils with a stack of plastic cups within inches of where customers pickup their food doesn’t communicate anything to someone not familiar with the layout. Interactions here are literally offensive. The food is mediocre.

in the last weekI absolutely loved Nami!!! Everything we got was SO good. I tried the iced matcha, the vanilla sprinkle donut, the strawberry matcha donut, and the bacon egg & cheese foldie. Seriously delicious across the board. And the best part? It’s ALL vegan!! They have so many options that it was hard to choose, and everything felt creative and thoughtfully made instead of just “vegan substitutes.” The space itself is super cute and has such a fun vibe. I especially loved all the little art pieces for sale on the walls. It makes the whole place feel really cozy and artsy. Definitely one of our favorite food stops in Phoenix and somewhere I’d absolutely come back to!
