in the last weekOneSource is my go-to for all my heating and cooling needs. Just had a new register installed for a great price and the technicians were very skilled, friendly, and helpful. They’re doing duct sealing next month to make my high efficiency system even more efficient. Great company that I highly recommend.

in the last weekI hate leaving negative reviews, but since no one from this company will call me back I guess we will go this route. We recently bought a home that had a new furnace/AC that OneSource installed in 2024. They installed it incorrectly though as the return air duct is too small, which makes the evaporator coil get too cold and results in the compressor overheating and failing. I called a few times and always had to leave messages with the answering service. It's been weeks with no call back, so we had to get another company to come out to look at the system. I saw some other reviews mention new owners so maybe it was under different ownership when the system was put in wrong, but it's ridiculous that they won't even give me a call back to help address the concerns with a system that is only two years old and is under a manufacturer's warranty.

in the last weekHe was polite and efficient. He showed me how to change the air filter insert and called the company to talk to a plumber about a different question I had.

in the last weekThis plumber charged our 85-year-old neighbor $13,000 to remove her tub and install shower and tile. They promised her they’d finish in three days, but it took more than two weeks. And it still isn’t done. Various workers flattened 5-inches of wall texture around the shower, scared up the corners on the wall, cut tile in her one-bedroom condo, scattering dust all over her furniture and leaving footprints on the floors, then dumped white grout water on the curb of the condominium complex’s entryway, which still hasn’t washed away despite heavy rains. They also shrunk the shower’s footprint because it was easier, telling her that a little larger shower pan would cost an extra $4,000. Instead of using the ceramic tile they already used on the shower walls to match, they patched up the extra flooring space with peel-and-stick “marble” tile that doesn’t complement the existing flooring. I wouldn’t hire these guys for anything, especially if I’m an older person.
