in the last weekThey installed a completely new AC and furnace in April 2025, and one year later the AC doesn’t work— it has a supposed leak they say, it only blows regular air. Since March, they’ve sent out three different technicians and none of them have been able to diagnose or fix the issue. Very frustrating experience and still no resolution. Edit after L&L Heating and air conditioning came out to diagnose what was wrong - L&L found that my 1 year‑old Goodman A2L system was leaking refrigerant at the TXV (thermal expansion valve) because the torque nut was left loose by the original installer. They reported that the fix requires properly torquing the TXV to spec, recharging the system, and reconnecting the A2L safety sensor, which they noted “is there for a reason.” my family could have burn in our house due to this poor install. They One Source didn't traing their techs on the Goodman Split Air Conditioner 13.4 SEER2, Single Stage (3 Ton) and it put my family in danger. Plus, this is the same email you guys sent me my estimate and invoice to, you not being able to find my records in your system is yet another example of poor organizationaly management at One Source. I do not recommend One Source if you value safety or you don't like wasting you time and money. I expect One Source to pay the $99 fee from L&L.
