I was on the way to the store from out of Austin, ran into traffic and my GPS said I would get there at 6:01. Knowing I am coming from far away I just wanted to call and see if there was anyway that I could run in and purchase ONE item. The girl who answered was super rude when I asked but told me to hold on and she would ask. She came back on the phone and told me no they could not accommodate that and that there registers shut off at 6 and doors lock at 6. I asked that’s weird what if you have a customer shopping in there at 6? She was super rude had an attitude. Honestly everytime I go in there the girls the staff is in Lala land doing nothing and not serving customers. I have waited multiple times at the counter as they talk in the corner waiting to check out. I get hiring younger staff members but make sure they care about your store. I will be ordering from amazon from now on.

Been shopping here for years since it was Make it Sweet. The staff are always very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I love coming here because I can get what I need to keep my bakery running. I really love the fact that the staff are also cake artists and or culinary school graduates so they can give you practical advice abd guidance on your project.
