7 years agoWe rented an apartment through them for our short 4 day stay in San Francisco. We were surprising really impressed with the place for what we paid. They really are reasonable and the place was spotless on our arrival. I would def use them again!!

8 years agoI made a reservation with RESI through Airbnb that I had to cancel because we were unable to get to California due to the wildfires. When I asked for a refund, I was told to call Airbnb but that I would only get the cleaning fee back. I called and Airbnb refunded the cleaning fee. Given the circumstances, Airbnb also offered to refund the Airbnb fee without me having to ask. I believe a more accommodating approach would have been warranted on RESI's part given the extenuating circumstances. I do understand RESI's cancellation policy, but do not believe it is appropriate for this situation, with the historic wildfires and their impact on air travel. We, my family, and many of our friends visit the Stanford area on a regular basis. At this point, I would hesitate to make a reservation with RESI in the future and would share my concerns with any friends or family who are considering a RESI property.
