in the last weekSenia was honestly one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. Every single dish was incredibly refined. The flavors were bold, but never overpowering. What impressed me most was the balance of everything—the texture, aroma, and seasoning all came together perfectly. It’s hard to explain, but the food seemed to wake up parts of my palate that I don’t normally get to experience. I’ve had plenty of great meals, but this one was on another level. Will definitely be coming back!!!

in the last weekI got here through World’s 50 Best ranking. If you’re looking for what used to be “high-end cuisine” in London through late 90s to early 2000s (with a slight twist of contemporary cuisine; whatever that means) this is your stop. This is the era in which “high-end” was defined by the sheer amount of butter you used per dish. Now, in my understanding, such has moved on to cherishing the distinct fresh flavours of the ingredients (mostly inspired by that of Japanese cuisine). But if you want to “back to the future” in a Delorean DMC-12, it is a great experience. Note: the atmosphere is not too bad, aside from the contrast between the over-illuminated kitchen and the dimly lit warm dining, and a counter system that clearly is not integrated into the whole experience. “The 12-course tasting menu (Fridays and Saturdays only) is taken at the chef’s counter.” Wish I had come on Friday or Saturday, it may have been better. - the world 50 best - Senia
