Words are not enough to describe my first visit- it was truly an amazing experience. From the moment, i walked in, i felt welcomed. The Director/Manage Caroline from the Glendale location, was incredibly warm, accomodating and attentive to all my questions. Its rare to meet someone so dedicated to making everything smooth and possible for every concern. Thank you so much, Caroline- you're truly the best. I also want to commend RN Rita, who performed my Botox. She has the lightest hands I've ever experienced. I felt little to no discomfort at all- honestly, it was remarkable. Her skill and gentle approach made such a difference. She is truly exceptional Thank you to the entire Glendale team for your outstanding care and service. I highly recommend this location. Bravo!

Great experience overall from the receptionist Maria and Gabby to my nurse Emiliann very kind. Made me feel comfortable and at ease for being a first time patient. Very excited to see my future results.

I would not recommended this location or the company overall. I had a very bad experience at the Glendale location and Maria (manager) was not able to resolve it and provide any assistance/resolution. Ladies, please be cautious.

Maria and Sammie were absolutely top-tier in their craft, whether hospitality or lip injection services . I booked two more sessions with this location and I cannot wait to further expand on my laser away journey.
