4 weeks agoExcellent service. Interesting, if not a little bit sketchy part of town. Tough to find parking. But not a reflection on the place of business, or the owners fault. Just a heads up on the surroundings.

2 months agoCasa Loma was wonderful! I had a friendly attendant that took my luggage and pickup was so easy. There is a loading spot in the front of the hotel making it very easy.

3 years agoIf I could give more than five stars I would. I was extremely pleased with the service I received here. I highly doubt there's a better and more friendly location to store my luggage. Diana took great care of my belongings and the process was very simple and convenient. She used a QR code to check and check out my bags. It was really simple and affordable. The storage is located inside her business called Game Post of San Francisco on the corner of 3rd & Townsend literally down the street from Oracle Park Stadium for those of you that enjoy baseball. Diana was very friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about the city. She can tell you about the history of San Francisco, the geography of the city as well as great places to shop, dine and more which also includes more than just the typical tourist locations such as Pier 39. You will be very happy and safe leaving your luggage with Diana. I will tell you straight up that your stuff will be in good hands. I also purchased a jigsaw puzzle as a Christmas gift for a family member. She has tons of great board games.

5 months agoThis was so easy and safe. Felt totally comfortable leaving my luggage here while we went around and toured the city of San Francisco. Very close to the Ferry Terminal if you are planning on taking it to Napa via Vallejo.
