Spanish with Lupita

I’ve been taking lessons with Lupita for about a year now, and she is a wonderful teacher. Meeting with someone in person and practicing real back-and-forth conversation has been far more helpful than using a learning app. When I first started, I knew a lot of words, but speaking was the real challenge. Now, on several occasions, I’ve been able to speak Spanish with strangers working in stores, something I was never able to do after years of trying to learn on my own. I definitely recommend Lupita!

Lupita has been an incredible part of my Spanish-learning journey. She’s dynamic, warm, knowledgeable, and highly experienced. After several months of working together, I’ve had more “aha” moments than I can count, and it is so exciting. I rave about her to everyone I know. She’s helped me strengthen all areas of my learning—listening, speaking, reading, and writing—and she has a gift for meeting me exactly where I am. She quickly assesses my level and learning gaps in a way that feels supportive and approachable, yet she still pushes me when I need it so I stay consistent and focused. Learning in relationship with a native speaker/teacher makes such a difference compared to trying to do it all through apps or on my own. Lupita is an absolute gem, and I'm so glad I found her. I highly recommend her!

Lupita has been incredible in helping me improve my speaking, writing, and comprehension skills. She uses fun games, engaging activities, and creative teaching techniques that make learning both enjoyable and effective. I used to be shy and hesitant about speaking Spanish, but thanks to her support and encouragement, I now feel much more confident communicating at work and in the community. I truly appreciate her patience, enthusiasm, and dedication to helping her students succeed.

Lupita is absolutely fantastic with our children (ages 9 and 7). She goes out of her way to make sure they feel welcome in her learning environment, and she is willing to adapt her teaching style to meet the individual needs of her students. You can’t ask for anything better, in my view. I’d highly recommend Lupita to any parent who is looking for Spanish language lessons for their children.

Lupita is a gem! She is so friendly, great at teaching young kids and so thoughtful. She knows so much about elementary aged students, how to connect with them and ways to keep them engaged. You can tell she has a true passion for teaching and our daughter looks forward to Spanish class every week. She was excited to pick a book recently that had English and Spanish for her to read. She has also been jamming to K Pop Demon Hunters - Golden - in Spanish. Thank you for helping her to love learning a new language!
