a month agoMy clinical instructor was great, but my experience with SisuCare was completely unacceptable. During clinicals, I caught chickenpox and missed two days because I was genuinely sick. Since I knew attendance was important, I contacted Student Support—the department that is supposed to provide accurate information. I was clearly told that because I had already completed enough clinical hours, I did not need to make up the additional day I missed and that I had nothing to worry about. I relied on that information. Then, after I completed all of my clinicals and waited the full 10 business days for my certification to be processed, I was suddenly told that I did have to make up the missed day after all. If I had been given the correct information from the beginning, I would have scheduled the make-up day immediately instead of wasting weeks waiting for a certification that was never going to be issued. This wasn’t my mistake—it was the result of SisuCare providing inaccurate and conflicting information. Their lack of communication, poor organization, and failure to keep students properly informed has now delayed my certification, postponed my ability to start working, and cost me valuable time and income. It’s incredibly frustrating that students are expected to deal with the consequences of mistakes made by the very people who are supposed to guide them. If you’re considering SisuCare, be prepared for inconsistent information and unnecessary delays. I cannot recommend this program based on my experience. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION

a month agoIf I could give 0 stars I would, during my clinicals I caught chickenpox and the maximum days you can miss is 1 day, I missed two due to being sick. So I called and asked if I needed to make up my class I missed. Keep in mind I was speaking to the student support specialist the one person who should know what they are talking about. They told me I didn’t need to make up my extra day I missed so I DONT need to worry about it. Then 10 days later after I finish my clinicals, the day I should be getting my certification i was told I do need to make up the day. These people wasted my time because now I have to make up the missed day and also most likely wait another month to get my certification. My teacher for clinicals was good but sisucare is horrible.

a month agoI started this school back in February I went to my clinical in April & had the worst experience with the instructor & facility ! I eventually had an issue to where I couldn’t attend so they switched me facility’s & my time they even offered me a free class . So I started a new facility which is river point post acute for my clinical , unfortunately the facility did not like me they were being very bias towards me but not the other students. They took it upon themselves to report me to SISU care for no REASON ! They lied on me ! Which lead to me getting kicked out of the school with no refund. Before that happened administration jamelah that work at SISU care hung up in my face mid conversation never called back , tried to reach out or apologize. Then Jenifer wright who also work at SISU care also was very unprofessional telling me due dates that weren’t real also she took her time getting back to me it took weeks just to know what was going on . SISU care was also very BIAS about this situation they interviewed certain people instead of everybody who was there . SISU care is very very hard to get ahold of somebody that’s higher up it’s literally impossible . No one else got kicked out but me and African American young black girl . This school is unprofessional, disrespectful, bias & money HUNGRY! I wouldn’t recommend this school AT ALL. Jennifer , jamelah , the whole administration team is unprofessional.

a month agoI highly recommended SisuCare CNA training program. It’s an online theory self study at your own pace and a hands on in-person clinical training. CI’s are exceptional and very helpful. I’m so thankful to Ms. Rosezanne K., Ms. J, and to my student support specialist Mr. Mouli S. for guiding me all the way to the application to take the test. Of course to my flexible and supportive lady boss, Dr. Ramirez for adjusting my work schedule while doing my in-person clinical. Finished my clinical training June 1, 2026 and took my exams both skills and written June 22, 2026. It takes 24 hours for the result and got my CNA certificate June 25, 2026. Thankful, grateful, and blessed with Jesus all things are possible! ❤️
