in the last weekFor a two star hotel, this one has pretty much everything you need. From a laundry room to a thermostat on the wall, I was consistently surprised at the little extras for a two star property. I didn't stay for breakfast, but it's available. The service at the front desk was friendly and efficient both during check-in and checkout. My only major complaint is the horrible interstate noise, but that's something beyond their control (bring a good white noise generator. It helps a lot). The bed was clean and somewhat comfortable (too soft for my liking), water pressure on the 3rd floor was excellent. The drains all worked. There are enough plug-ins and USB ports to handle anything you have with you. Kinda disappointed that I couldn't use my Netflix or Hulu logins tho. All in all, there were 4 star amenities at a 2 star price. Pleased with this experience.

a month agoWas told they could not accommodate my stay .that we lived in a 50 mile radius from hotel ..my money still hasn't been returned. I even bought the booking insurance..evidently was a waist of money.. they are putting it off on the third party that booked it (travago) ..travago didnt deny my stay . Sleep in did ..So you think they would step up and help ..I just want my refund... they blamed on me for not reading the fine print drop down info box ..that is so obscure.. like they intended for you not to read ... ..
