in the last weekAfter reading some recent reviews about issues at the restaurant, I felt compelled to let everyone know that our food and service was excellent! Reservation at 2PM, in our seats at 2:05 and food on the table at 2:20. Our waiter was very responsive to our questions and did an excellent job. Been to many Cheesecake Factories in the past and this one is right up there with the best of them.

She checked on us at the perfect times, made sure our drinks were always filled, and was very patient while we decided on our order. Her positive attitude and professionalism made our dining experience even more enjoyable. She truly provided outstanding customer service, and we appreciate how well she took care of us.
