in the last weekI want to give it 5 stars, but I can't. Overall, my kid had a great birthday. I don't think I would say she felt what I felt obviously so there's that - and this is why I would want to give it 5 stars. However, I was told I wouldn't feel rushed during the 30 minutes use of the private room, but I did and my guests did as well. They did a good enough job with the decor, though they just gave up on some additional things that I had brought. They also didn't pop open some table decors I had brought with me. It is a great place to host a party, and your kid will have fun, but I prefer an option to extend the private room time. My food was then brought out to the public space - food that I paid a ton of money to buy. While I was packing up the food, one of the workers suggested I leave the food for them to eat (I didn't exactly appreciate that and it made me feel awkward to say that my family planned to eat the leftovers in the next few days). The workers were VERY nice otherwise honestly, very sweet. I just have a rushed, icky feeling about the whole process unfortunately. Also, they say they'll take pictures of the party but I maybe have one picture of my daughter in the 20+ pics they sent? I don't even have one of her during her happy birthday / cake cutting moment.

in the last weekIt's fun and worth the visit, but it's always very crowded and pretty chaotic given the age ranges and electric cars.

a month agoDon’t come on weekends if you don’t have reservation. Though the app says welcome in welcomed and no reservations required, this is super misleading. We came before they open on Sunday morning, there are two birthday parties so though we are on the WL we cannot have a spot. We mentioned the policy said walk in welcomed, the staffs there just said they have no control what is on the website. They said we can try during the weekdays. Just to share my experience with others: do not walk in during weekend at all. We are disappointed because the wrong information provided in the website.
