It's heartbreaking writing this review because this building used to be incredible. Just a few years ago this building felt like such nice little community. The management office was approachable, the resident superintendent was great, and the concierge team was amazing! But even that aside, the building itself was well-maintained, it was pest free, and there was a strong sense of pride and community within the building. In last few years, the building has fallen hard and fast. Water shutdowns, poor communication, removal of concierge service, the overall dirtiness of the building, and most importantly the spread of cockroaches as many have pointed out! Word is there have been intruders into the buildings. Now I'll give credit where credit is due: they are just beginning to address these issues. there is supposedly a concierge/security on site but who knows if that will be permanent, they were getting better with the shutdowns, and I noticed a significant decrease in pests, at least in my unit and floor. I guess if that continues this building may be great again but I doubt it. Such a shame really.

These reviews are sadly all true. I lived here for 7 years. Moved out 2 years ago and am grateful I did. I still have friends in the building so I visit. Place is a dump. Cockroaches everywhere, poor plumbing, water shutdowns, fire alarms, homeless getting in and sleeping in the building. VERY poorly managed. This used to be a lovely place to live.

Pros: great location, views, large swimming pool (when it works), tenant community; Cons: horrendous management, poor upkeep, insufficient cleaning. This used to be a nice building, but has not been maintained properly for years and is quickly deteriorating, I cannot recommend renting here at the current prices.

Do not live here. This building and the management is not good at all. Recently we had a mold situation in our unit and management took 2 weeks to address it. And they just repainted over the mold now. Because of this my wife has breathing issues. When i requested the management for an early termination because of health issue they declined saying you have to stay for another 60 days because of 60 days notice period. Now we are forced to live in this inhabitable unit for another 60 days.Worst building i have ever lived in. Mold pictures attached.

Airbnb hotel being run here. Lots of rooms, revolving door of people. Packages stolen all the time. Do not leave your bag unattended. Homeless usually sleeping in garbage area out back. Constant pool parties, by airbnb guests can rent a room in a two bedroom, sleeps 4-6
