I hired Ticket Crushers to handle my traffic citation and paid their fees upfront with the expectation that they would actively manage my case and keep me informed of any developments. After the initial onboarding email in January 2026, I received zero proactive communication for nearly two months. No updates, no check-ins, nothing. When I finally reached out myself in early March, I was blindsided to learn that a plea offer had apparently been accepted by the court — resulting in a reduced fine of $279 that was due the very next day (March 6th). I was given less than 24 hours notice about a court-mandated deadline on a case I was paying them to manage. When I raised this concern, the response from the case assistant was essentially that the firm had followed its process and was not at fault. While I understand that courts operate on their own timelines, basic client communication is the bare minimum expectation from a law firm. Being informed of a financial obligation the day before it’s due is not acceptable. When I requested a full refund given the poor experience, I was offered only a partial refund — which I also found inadequate given the circumstances. I came to Ticket Crushers based on strong word-of-mouth recommendations and genuinely wanted this to work. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and accountability fell well short of what any paying client should expect.

Didn't get my ticket thrown out or reduced, did traffic school which I could've done without them. In addition they sent me the wrong case results for a case that wasn't mine (different date and person completely) and were slow to respond. I get that they can't win every case, but expected better service. The process took about a year.

I had never used a service like this before, so I didn’t have high expectations but they really came through in the clutch. Not only did I avoid missing work to fight an unjust ticket, but they were able to get the ticket completely dismissed. Didn't expect the process to be so quick and straightforward. All I did was contact them and provide them a photo of my ticket. Everything from there on was handled by them with no intervention from my end. I even got timely updates (for ex when a court date was set etc). It was so seamless that I'd actually forgotten I had a court hearing set for a particular date. Never had to show up and apparently an attorney actually did represent me. Case was dismissed and I was notified the next morning.
