a week agoComforter was dropped off, then they sent it to another Tide cleaners. That tide cleaners had a broken dryer so instead of contacting us to let us know it would take longer they sent the comforter to Denver. Going on almost 3 weeks now, no one knows when the comforter will be done. Each day they say it should be ready the next day. The fact that we can’t get any answers is ridiculous! We should not be charged for this service, if we ever end up getting our comforter back!

a month agoN. Union store location. Young black woman, very rude and disrespectful. Tried over charging me double the amount for a comforter that I get cleaned twice a year. She Tried telling me that I had two of the same comforters cleaned and to pick-up when I know I only dropped off one, cause I only own one. Same lady then leaves customers waiting outside while she goes and runs errands, I waited over 20 minutes till she returned and she wasn’t very pleasant then either. Most definitely will not be returning to this establishment
