I was extremely disappointed after signing up to bring my daughter to Uptown Jungle in Sandy. The toddler area, which is specifically designed for very young children, is extremely dirty, poorly ventilated, and poorly lit. The ball pit is dark and the balls are visibly dirty, and the slides and the area underneath the equipment are covered in dust, hair, and dirt. The facility also gets extremely hot, and it does not seem to receive the basic cleaning and maintenance it needs. The last time I visited, I saw trash that had clearly been left there for some time, with very few trash cans available outside the bathroom area. I honestly expected much better, especially for a facility where young children play. I gave it one star, and I would give zero if that were an option. I will not be bringing my daughter back or continuing our monthly membership.
