2 weeks agoWe rented out Urban Air for a field trip with our highschoolers. Susanna and her staff at the Trussville location were excellent. Checking in process went smoothly and quickly. The staff were very accommodating to the students and the food was great. I highly recommend going on a field trip to Urban Air.

a month agoMan, Urban Air in Birmingham is a blast—kids jumpin’, laughin’, runnin’ wild, trampolines, obstacle courses, the whole shebang. Parents can kick back a bit… mostly. Full honesty my wife and I know a certain male employee there has a sketchy rep, so we don’t interact with him and keep our kids in our sight when he’s around. Surprised the hell out of me when I seen him working around kids. But it's up to the company to do there background checks. Outside of that, the place is solid and the kids leave grinnin’ ear to ear. Just a little parental radar never hurt nobody.
